Day 23: Faithful Stewardship

Scripture: 1 Peter 4:10
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

Our ancestors were faithful stewards of the gifts God entrusted to them—whether talents, resources, or opportunities. They understood that everything we have is received by grace and is meant to be used for the good of others and the glory of God. Walking in their light calls us to recognize and honour the gifts we have been given and to steward them wisely.

Stewardship goes beyond managing possessions; it encompasses the way we invest our time, energy, and abilities. When we serve others faithfully, we continue the heritage of generosity and responsibility that has shaped our faith communities.

Reflect on the gifts and opportunities God has placed in your hands. How will you use them to bless others and honour the legacy of faithfulness from those before you?

Challenge: Identify a gift or resource God has given you and find a way to use it in service to someone today.

Prayer:
Lord, help me be a faithful steward of all You have entrusted to me. Teach me to serve others generously and wisely, continuing the legacy of grace and responsibility handed down through generations. May my stewardship bring joy and glory to Your name. Amen.
